Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms to identify actionable events
• Monitor a high volume of patients calmly and accurately using GE Carescape
• Build thorough end-of-shift reports within the GE Carescape system
• Add and discharge patients from the monitoring system with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and promptly to floor staff via desktop phone and iPhone app
• Maintain an accurate running call log and documentation for continuity of care
• Multitask under pressure while prioritizing patient safety and timely responses
• Contribute to a positive, organized unit culture and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in monitoring/telemetry or related roles
• Previous travel experience in remote monitoring is required
• Telemetry competency and ability to pass a basic cardiac rhythm test
• Proficient typing and basic computer skills
• Comfortable using an iPhone and associated communication apps
• Strong attendance record and professional communication in English
• Preferred: CNA or cardiac nursing background, ECG board certification, or prior GE monitoring experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and high-volume patient monitoring
• Hands-on experience with GE Carescape monitoring systems
• Remote monitoring workflows and patient add/discharge processes
• Clear phone and app-based communication with clinical teams
• End-of-shift reporting and call logging best practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize alarms, and stay organized under stress
