Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and promote patient comfort
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform routine assessments and monitor patient status
- Document patient care clearly and promptly in the medical record
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
- Support patients and families through education and empathetic communication
- Escalate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical staff in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous LPN experience is a plus but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply
- Ability to pass required background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or practical/vocational nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Safe documentation practices and familiarity with electronic charting
- Basic wound care and infection control principles
- Time management, prioritization, and effective communication
