Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with skill and respect
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with orders
- Monitor patient condition, observe changes, and report findings promptly
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control policies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain upon hire if required)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
- Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and basic clinical skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic wound care and monitoring of vital signs
- Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
- Strong communication, time management, and patient-centered bedside manner
- Ability to follow policies, protocols, and infection control standards
