Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients
Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
Monitor and record patient vital signs, status changes, and responses to treatment
Document nursing care accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent patient care
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
Respond professionally and calmly to urgent patient needs

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required
Eligibility to practice in New Hampshire required
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or required per facility
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior LPN experience in clinical or long-term care settings is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing principles and practical nursing interventions
Medication administration and basic medication calculation skills
Proficient with vital signs, wound care basics, and patient assessments
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
Good time management and prioritization in a clinical environment
Patient education and clear, compassionate communication
