Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical changes
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
- Perform wound care, basic procedures, and patient hygiene assistance as needed
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in New Hampshire required
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current immunizations and ability to pass required health screenings
- Ability to work per diem shifts, including 12+ hour schedules
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Background check and any facility-specific onboarding requirements
Education
- Completion of accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical assessment skills
- Proficient in taking and interpreting vital signs
- Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
- Infection control practices and patient safety focus
- Patient education and family communication
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
