Shift Type: Per diem / variable days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift (12.5-hour) — schedule varies by need

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Take and report vital signs and observe changes in condition
- Support safe transfers and ambulation while promoting independence
- Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the nursing team
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH and/or VT as required)
- Comfortable working a 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift when scheduled
- Ability to provide respectful, patient-focused care and follow care plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a care team
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding and mandatory trainings
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and ADL support
- Vital signs measurement and reporting
- Basic documentation and charting practices
- Infection prevention and safety procedures
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and teamwork in busy clinical settings
