Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on every shift
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license (applicable to Massachusetts practice)
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar settings is a plus
- Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN program (as applicable)
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
- Comfortable with resident assessments, vital signs, and charting
- Solid understanding of infection control and safety practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time across a busy shift
- Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills with residents and staff
