Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible days, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift, per diem as-needed)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care during the night shift
Monitor and document patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and per facility protocol
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care plans
Support activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (as applicable to the role)
Available and able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shifts on a per-diem basis
Reliable, professional, and able to maintain patient-focused care
Facility-required immunizations and background checks completed as requested

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and observation skills
Clear, accurate documentation and handoff communication
Comfort with medication administration and following physician orders
Teamwork, adaptability, and good communication with residents and families
