Shift Type: Flexible days, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift, per diem as-needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside nursing care during the night shift
- Monitor and document patient status and communicate changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and per facility protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care plans
- Support activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and dignity
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (as applicable to the role)
- Available and able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shifts on a per-diem basis
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain patient-focused care
- Facility-required immunizations and background checks completed as requested
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and observation skills
- Clear, accurate documentation and handoff communication
- Comfort with medication administration and following physician orders
- Teamwork, adaptability, and good communication with residents and families
