Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy and provide clear vision to align HR systems with organizational priorities
• Manage and prioritize HRIS projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones are met
• Oversee integrations between Workday and enterprise applications to maintain reliable data flow
• Partner with Talent Management, Information Systems and the CISO to drive secure, strategic technology initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets for HRIS initiatives and ensure stewardship of resources
• Ensure continuity of functional services and provide leadership for HRIS operational excellence
• Translate business processes into clear requirements and deliver system improvements that drive outcomes
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve measurable results

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS (required)
• Proven Workday experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• UKG experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and business process analysis
• Strong project management experience with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Solid analytical and statistical skills to inform data-driven decisions
• Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history in your profile
• Required documentation: resume and proof of taxable address (driver’s license, utility bill, lease, mortgage statement, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep HRIS expertise including Workday configuration and integrations
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations between HR systems and enterprise apps
• Data strategy, data governance and strong analytical/statistical capability
• Project management and prioritization skills
• Understanding of HR processes and translating them into technical requirements
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Information security awareness and partnering with CISO/IS teams
• Budgeting, leadership and change management experience
