Shift Type: Rotating shifts including days and nights. Day shifts (Mon-Fri and weekends): 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM; Weekend options include 8-hour: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 12-hour: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Night shifts (primarily weekends): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. On-call: 1-2 weekdays after shift (~3:30/4:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and every 3rd weekend on call with a 20-30 minute response time. (Rotating)

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic and intraoperative imaging using C-arm, portable radiography and fluoroscopy
- Cover inpatient, outpatient, ER and OR imaging needs across pediatric to geriatric populations
- Operate and troubleshoot department equipment including OEC c-arms, Metronics O-Arm, Fuji and Siemens fluoroscopy systems
- Accurately document studies in EPIC (Citrix) and coordinate with radiologists and teleradiology for after-hours reads
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort while maintaining high throughput in a busy ER and OR environment
- Respond to on-call requests within the required 20–30 minute window and collaborate with the care team for timely service
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain certifications and department standards
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Valid North Dakota state radiologic technologist license required
- Minimum of 1 year of radiography experience
- Demonstrated C-arm experience and competency with portable radiography and fluoroscopy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care setting and able to respond to on-call duties
- Experience with EPIC charting or similar EMR/PACS environments preferred
Education
- Education not explicitly specified; ARRT certification and ND state licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with C-arm operation and portable imaging techniques
- Familiarity with fluoroscopy procedures and OR imaging workflows
- Experience using EPIC (Citrix) and PACS for image documentation and communication
- Knowledge of equipment brands used in the department: OEC, Metronics O-Arm, Fuji, Siemens
- Ability to manage high-volume scan days (70–80 studies/day) and multiple OR cases
- Strong patient communication skills across pediatric to geriatric populations
- Comfort with teleradiology workflows and collaborating with radiologists
