Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies with a primary focus on body imaging
• Perform onsite fluoroscopy procedures and manage ECC cases when scheduled
• Cover stat and inpatient imaging needs as part of the department rotation
• Participate in a hybrid workflow, delivering high-quality reads both onsite and remotely
• Collaborate with colleagues and care teams to ensure timely, patient-centered imaging care
• Contribute to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives within the radiology department
• Provide clear, actionable reports and consultative expertise to referring physicians

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Fellowship training or demonstrable expertise in Body Imaging preferred
• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active medical license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience with inpatient, stat/on-call imaging and fluoroscopy procedures
• Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and quality standards
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote model
• H-1B visa accepted

Education

• MD or DO (Diagnostic Radiology residency required; Body Imaging fellowship preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in diagnostic radiology and body imaging modalities
• Proficiency performing and interpreting fluoroscopy and inpatient imaging studies
• Familiarity with PACS and teleradiology workflows for hybrid work models
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to quality assurance and patient-centered practice
• Ability to handle stat and on-call cases efficiently and calmly
