Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, On call required

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the OR, specializing in C-Sections and robotic-assisted surgeries
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless procedures and patient safety
Respond to on-call needs with confidence and precision
Advocate for patients during critical moments in surgery
Maintain sterile environments and uphold the highest standards of surgical excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
2+ years of recent OR experience, including C-Sections and Robots
BSN preferred for that extra edge
Successful completion of skills checklists, pharmacology exams, and core competencies

Education

BSN preferred; ADN or equivalent with relevant experience accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in OR procedures, C-Sections, and robotic surgery systems
Strong rhythm interpretation and pharmacology knowledge
Proficiency in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure environments
