Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mental health patients on the MHU
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Experience in mental health or MHU preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and crisis intervention skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health nursing expertise
Patient assessment and de-escalation techniques
Electronic health records proficiency
Team collaboration and empathy-driven care
