Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs to drive optimal outcomes
Design and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments
Direct support staff to help patients smash their functional goals
Communicate seamlessly with the healthcare team for stellar patient results
Document progress meticulously and stay ahead with ongoing professional growth
Act as a community resource to champion physical therapy

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (or application in process)
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Proficiency in math concepts like probabilities, ratios, and stats for therapy applications
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret diverse instructions
