Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate rehab nursing care that helps patients regain their strength and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized recovery plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on rehab techniques for lasting results
Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe healing environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in rehab
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Travel nursing experience a plus
Compassionate heart and steady hands

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong rehab nursing expertise
Excellent patient assessment abilities
Effective communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in electronic health records
Adaptability to fast-paced hospital settings
