Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to boost their ability to perform daily tasks and enhance independence
Decrease fall risk and adverse events while improving mobility and functional outcomes
Assist in recovery from surgery and support discharge planning for smoother transitions home
Document patient care meticulously, including evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and insurance communications
Communicate effectively with providers, insurance companies, patients, and rehab team
Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment environment by helping with rooms, laundry, and bathrooms

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
Experience treating patients with pain, mobility issues, and post-surgical recovery
Strong documentation and communication skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
Current Wisconsin PT licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pain management and fall risk reduction
Patient-centered approach to improving daily function and independence
Solid understanding of rehab protocols and insurance processes
