Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical respiratory care to ICU patients making a real difference in their recovery
• Perform ABG analysis and bronchoscopy procedures with precision and confidence
• Safely transport patients ensuring their stability throughout
• Manage advanced equipment like GE860 ventilators and Hamilton C1s to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier care in high-stakes environments
• Float to PCU, ER and floors as needed supporting the entire hospital

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an RRT
• Current Texas respiratory license
• NBRC certification
• BLS certification required
• Adult ICU experience highly preferred along with ER background
• ACLS certification is a plus

Education

• NBRC certified Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Texas respiratory license

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in adult ICU respiratory therapy
• Proficiency with ventilators including GE860s, Hamilton C1s and Philips V60s
• Skilled in ABG analysis, bronchoscopy and patient transport
• Comfortable using Meditech EMR system
• Team leader experience to guide and support colleagues
• Outgoing and hardworking personality that thrives in fast-paced settings
