Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care on the Open Heart Team in a bustling OR environment
Collaborate with passionate surgeons and staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Support patients and families with compassionate service during critical procedures
Adapt to call schedules ensuring seamless coverage for open heart surgeries
Contribute to a growing team focused on excellence and innovation in CVOR

Qualifications

Current RN licensure required
3+ years Operating Room experience
Cardiac Open-Heart experience essential
BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Education

BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR and Open Heart procedures
Strong Operating Room clinical skills
Flexibility for varied shifts and call
Passion for patient-centered care
