Roles & Responsibilities

Drive financial and operational success through smart management
Lead and inspire Lead Technologists and teams to deliver top-notch care
Champion quality improvement and regulatory compliance for exceptional patient outcomes
Manage daily staffing to hit productivity goals while keeping everyone happy
Perform diagnostic procedures and educate patients, families, and staff
Act as a problem-solving liaison across departments for seamless patient-centered care
Maintain image quality control and enforce best practices in imaging services

Qualifications

Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) from California Department of Health Services or ARRT license
Current CPR Certification
Five years experience as a Diagnostic Technologist in acute-care
Two years supervisory experience in acute-care
Desired: Certification in specialized area like CRT, NMTBC, or MRI

Education

Minimum: Associate Degree
Five years Diagnostic Technologist experience
Two years supervisory experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in financial, HR, leadership, quality, and operational management
Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, Title 17 & 22, ACR compliance
Thorough grasp of radiographic principles, radiation safety, and patient positioning
Self-motivated with excellent communication, problem-solving, and delegation skills
