Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to patients
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
Track progress and adjust care plans for maximum impact

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials
BLS certification preferred
Experience in a variety of clinical settings welcome

Education

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
Completion of accredited COTA program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and empathy
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Team collaboration and documentation expertise
