Roles & Responsibilities

Perform all general diagnostic radiographic exams and CT exams with precision and care
Operate CT and X-ray equipment expertly while preparing patient rooms and supplies
Administer contrast media and perform intravenous injections to ensure top-quality imaging
Uphold quality control, core values, and safety standards in every procedure
Contribute to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center's Radiology Department

Qualifications

Current full certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) from California Department of Health Services
Approved CPR certification
ARRT and Fluoroscopy permit within 6 months of hire
Desired: Two years in diagnostic x-ray, one year in CT, ARRT license, venipuncture certification, advanced CT certification

Education

Two years experience in diagnostic x-ray desired, one year in CT desired

Knowledge & Skills

Thorough grasp of cross sectional anatomy, patient care, positioning, radiographic exposure
Expertise in quality assurance, radiation physics, protection, radiobiology, and specialized CT techniques
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with intelligence to thrive in a dynamic radiology environment
