Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction of Quality Management and Accreditation programs with passion and precision
Drive accreditation compliance and serve as the go-to expert for standards and credentialing
Foster cross-team relationships to elevate quality improvement across the organization
Champion PDSA cycles and SEARHC Seven Standards of Excellence for perfect performance
Collaborate with EHR teams to build robust quality measurement tools and reports
Investigate concerns and deliver impactful recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications

RN License or comparable clinical degree with Quality Management experience
Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred
CPHQ certification required within 18 months of hire
Five years in health care administration or performance improvement management
Three years supervising health care professionals

Education

RN License or comparable clinical degree required
Master's degree in health-related or business field preferred
Specialized training in Quality Management/Performance Improvement

Knowledge & Skills

Quality and performance improvement strategies
Accreditation requirements, infection prevention, and risk management
Program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Critical thinking and leading high-performing teams
EHR integration for quality measures
Navigating Alaska Native health service delivery
