Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver outpatient-focused Family Medicine to patients across the lifespan
Build lasting relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff
Make a direct, meaningful impact on the health of a rural community
Practice patient-centered medicine without the burnout of high-volume settings

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in New York State
DEA certification or eligibility
Passion for community-focused healthcare

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in comprehensive family medicine
Strong patient relationship-building skills
Collaborative teamwork in a clinical environment
Commitment to rural community health
