Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individuals across the lifespan
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma
Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health pros for whole-person care
Support the mental and emotional well-being of underserved rural communities

Qualifications

Active LISW license in Iowa
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent documentation abilities
Experience in rural or medically underserved settings a plus
Proficiency in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
