Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and craft personalized treatment plans to spark real progress
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions that boost daily functions, ADLs, and safety
Team up with nursing and rehab pros to drive outstanding patient outcomes
Keep spot-on documentation to meet all state and federal standards

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to delivering quality care and positive patient results
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Education

Occupational Therapist degree and licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-acute rehabilitation
Compassionate resident-centered approach
Collaborative teamwork mindset
Proficiency in developing individualized therapy plans
