Roles & Responsibilities

Provide top-notch clinical services alongside providers and staff to deliver excellent patient care
Lead clinic operations from front desk to patient care for smooth, efficient days
Manage medication inventory and supplies to keep everything running seamlessly
Perform quality control on point-of-care tests and document all care meticulously
Oversee opening and closing of provider clinics with precision and professionalism
Anticipate needs of providers and staff to ensure outstanding patient experiences
Communicate effectively across departments as a go-to resource for top-quality support

Qualifications

Current full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska (or apply before start for direct hire)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of acute care experience preferred
Clinical Competency Assessment - SEARHC within 3 months and every three years
High Risk Competency - SEARHC within 3 months and every year

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process application in dynamic environments
Customer service principles for exceptional patient interactions
Safety and infection control best practices
Assessment completion, needs anticipation, and specimen collection
Proficiency with computers and medical equipment
Strong oral and written communication
Multi-tasking in fast-paced settings, critical thinking, and team collaboration
