Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in high-stakes situations, making a real difference in their lives
Quickly assess and triage patients to prioritize urgent needs
Collaborate with a dynamic ER team to execute life-saving interventions
Monitor patient conditions closely and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy during critical moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Solid experience in a fast-paced emergency room setting
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a cool head

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid assessment
Proficiency with ER equipment and life-support protocols
Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure
Excellent communication skills for team coordination and patient care
