Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee hospital operations during your shift, ensuring smooth patient care
Coordinate with clinical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Step in as a clinical expert when needed, making a real difference
Champion safety and quality standards across all departments

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months
NRP preferred for added edge

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership in fast-paced hospital environments
Expertise in emergency and pediatric protocols
Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure
