Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose patients to create personalized paths to recovery
Develop comprehensive treatment plans that truly make a difference
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to boost physical function and quality of life
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for seamless patient care
Document interactions with precision to uphold the highest standards
Educate patients and families on home exercises for lasting results
Maintain a safe, welcoming clinical environment where healing thrives

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Illinois or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification
NIHSS, ACLS preferred based on facility needs
Minimum 1 year recent outpatient experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and quick adaptability to new settings

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
Patient education and home recovery techniques
Evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Accurate and timely documentation
Team collaboration for optimal care continuity
