Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block schedule, float units as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Surgical Decision Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Float to support units as needed, showcasing your versatility
Advocate for patients, making a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in SDU or similar acute care settings preferred
Ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in patient monitoring and intervention
Adaptability to float across units seamlessly
