Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to neuro/trauma patients in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit
Manage advanced equipment like ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains with confidence
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a 12-bed unit with 2:1 ratios
Float to nearby units like Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg as needed
Chart seamlessly using EPIC to keep patient care top-notch

Qualifications

Current CA RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 5 years of acute critical care experience
Level II trauma critical care experience
EPIC charting experience
Previous traveler experience to hit the ground running

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Neuro/trauma patient care expertise
Proficiency with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
EPIC charting mastery
Level II trauma critical care savvy
