Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients in the Mental Health Unit
Monitor and assess patient conditions with expertise
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Administer medications and interventions with precision
Advocate for patient needs and promote recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Experience in mental health or behavioral health nursing
BLS certification
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Crisis intervention techniques
Therapeutic communication
Knowledge of psychiatric medications and protocols
