Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mental health patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions with expertise
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision
Advocate for patients to ensure their voices are heard

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Experience in mental health unit (MHU) preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and empathy skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health nursing expertise
Crisis intervention techniques
Patient assessment and documentation
Team collaboration and adaptability
