Shift Type: 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM days or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM nights, every other weekend, minimum 2 holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to trauma, cardiac, and sepsis patients in a 33-bed ICU
- Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation with confidence
- Read, interpret, and document GE monitor strips accurately
- Manage vents from nasal cannula to full support while troubleshooting
- Float to PCU or MedSurg maintaining fair patient ratios
- Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes to keep care seamless
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Valid driver's license for radius rule check

Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in high-acuity cases like strokes, heart failure, and respiratory distress
- Proficiency titrating drips and managing vents
- Strong tele monitoring and strip interpretation
- Comfort with 1:2-3 patient ratios in fast-paced ICU
