Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the house supervision team with confidence and poise during day shifts
Oversee critical care operations ensuring top-notch patient outcomes
Coordinate staff and resources seamlessly for smooth hospital flow
Respond swiftly to emergencies with your critical care mastery
Foster a positive, high-performing environment for entire team

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Critical Care experience that sets you apart
Ready to jump into a dynamic rural hospital setting

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in critical care nursing
Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure
Proficiency with life-saving protocols and team coordination
