Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to diverse med-surg patients across multiple units
Float seamlessly between departments to support where needed most
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met with compassion

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
BLS and ACLS certifications
Completed CNE Skills Checklist and competency exams
Passing scores on EKG, Pharmacology, and Core Competencies tests

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in med-surg nursing fundamentals
Strong EKG interpretation and pharmacology knowledge
Adaptable float pool expertise for varied patient needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
