Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in Neuro ICU and IMCU settings
Monitor and manage critically ill patients with strong neuro focus
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Float seamlessly between ICU and stepdown units as needed
Advocate for patients while maintaining optimal nurse-to-patient ratios

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
Minimum 2 years experience in Neuro ICU specialty
Strong neuro experience highlighted on resume
Completed skills checklist and certification card
Professional references and gap-free work history under 60 days
