Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care to patients enrolled in MST programs
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status throughout the shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and per provider orders
Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
Communicate and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient-focused care plans
Educate patients and families on care plans, safety, and resources
Recognize and escalate changes in condition to the appropriate provider

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Experience or training in trauma-informed care or MST preferred
Comfort and ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Trauma-informed care principles and sensitivity to MST-related needs
Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Medication administration and IV therapy familiarity
Accurate electronic health record documentation
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Ability to prioritize and manage time during overnight shifts
