Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department
Quickly assess and triage patients to prioritize urgent needs
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver timely care
Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
Contribute to a culture of safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain one
Previous ED/ER experience preferred; new grads with strong emergency training are welcome to apply
Current BLS required; ACLS and PALS highly desirable
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency triage and rapid patient assessment
IV therapy, medication administration, and basic procedural skills
Ability to prioritize multiple urgent tasks effectively
Clear, compassionate patient and family communication
Familiarity with electronic medical record charting and documentation best practices
