Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical leadership across neighborhoods to support the organization’s mission and resident-centered culture
• Perform professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations for each resident and coordinate care with nursing staff
• Guide implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and effective practices
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, resident care and regulatory compliance
• Oversee or support infection control, wound management, RAI/MDS assessments and other clinical accountability areas
• Foster collaboration across households, work with physicians and other departments to promote high-quality care
• Support staff development, mentor team members, and help maintain effective staffing patterns
• Promote dementia-sensitive, person-centered care that respects resident rights and dignity

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Minnesota) or eligible to obtain MN licensure
• NRP Certification required
• ACLS and BLS certified
• Completed intermediate fetal monitoring class (required)
• Comfort with RAI/MDS assessments, documentation, and care coordination
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams and communicate effectively with staff and providers
• Commitment to resident-centered, dementia-sensitive care and regulatory compliance

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred) and active RN licensure
