Roles & Responsibilities

Perform a variety of radiologic procedures, with a focus on special procedures in the Cath Lab
Provide compassionate patient care before, during, and after procedures
Ensure radiation safety and adhere to departmental radiation protection protocols
Prepare and operate imaging equipment, maintaining accuracy and image quality
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to support patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in a timely manner
Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
One (1) year experience in an acute care facility preferred
Cath Lab experience preferred
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and lifting as needed

Education

Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and Cath Lab special procedures
Patient care skills with an emphasis on safety and comfort
Understanding of radiation safety principles and regulations
Familiarity with acute care workflows and fast-paced environments
Good communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
Ability to handle physical job demands and maintain attention to detail under pressure
