Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and evidence-based modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the care team
• Educate patients and families on home programs and functional goals
• Participate in orientation and training to maintain clinical competencies
• Support a positive, safe environment that promotes patient recovery

Qualifications

• Current physical therapist licensure (State of Washington licensure preferred)
• Professional clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary staff
• Ability to complete orientation and any facility-specific onboarding requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
• Knowledgeable about documentation standards and outcome measurement
• Experience with patient and family education to support discharge planning
• Comfortable working in a specialty hospital environment and adapting to varied caseloads
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to evidence-based practice
