Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Deliver therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore muscle strength and range of motion
Implement interventions to improve coordination, body alignment, and overall function
Manage pain through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and patient education
Document patient progress and communicate findings with the referring physician and care team
Provide clear instruction and motivation to patients and families to support recovery goals
Work in accordance with the State Practice Act to ensure safe, compliant care

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License
Ability to evaluate and treat patients per referring physician orders
Practice that aligns with the California State Practice Act
Availability for full-time daytime clinic work

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and clinical assessment
Therapeutic procedures and treatment planning
Therapeutic modalities and pain management techniques
Range of motion and muscle strengthening interventions
Body alignment, posture, and coordination training
Effective patient education and documentation skills
Interdisciplinary communication and teamwork
