Roles & Responsibilities

Observe and evaluate treatment effects and recommend changes to physicians and the care team
Perform thorough assessments and patient evaluations to guide individualized care
Provide skilled care for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders
Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve and restore function
Develop and document treatment plans and progress toward measurable goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required
Willingness to relocate to and work in a rural community (candidates must be prepared to move)
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and documentation
Therapeutic interventions and procedures
Rehabilitation for neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions
Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
