Shift Type: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, includes call, weekends, holidays, no block scheduling

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in life-saving surgeries in a high-volume Level 1 Trauma center
Prepare operating rooms with precision and speed
Support surgical teams during critical procedures
Maintain sterile environments to ensure patient safety
Handle instruments and equipment with expert care
Contribute to outstanding patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license
Travel experience required
Level 1 Trauma experience required
High proficiency ratings on core skill sets
Burn experience preferred for added edge

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in trauma and surgical procedures
Sterile technique and OR protocols
Instrument handling and anticipation
High-stress environment navigation
Team collaboration in critical situations
