Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
- Document clinical progress and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families on strategies to maximize independence and safety
- Participate in orientation and training to integrate smoothly into the facility’s workflows
Qualifications
- Active or eligible California occupational therapy license (state licensure required)
- Certification as an OTR or completion of accredited OT program
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting with pediatric and/or specialty patient populations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Education
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (or accredited entry-level OT degree)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans and adaptive strategies
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and outcome measurement tools
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong problem-solving skills
