Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostic testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology with accuracy and professionalism.
Execute and document quality control procedures to ensure reliable, compliant laboratory results.
Maintain strict laboratory safety protocols and ensure a clean, auditable workspace.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and testing issues, escalating and communicating results as needed to clinical teams.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet turnaround time goals and support patient care.

Qualifications

Current, active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
Experience as a Medical Technologist working across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
Demonstrated knowledge of quality control practices, laboratory safety, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to multitask and perform reliably in a fast-paced, evening/night shift setting.
