Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients within your scope as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth patient flow
Adhere to infection control policies and facility procedures to keep patients safe

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — ready to practice
Active LPN license; state licensure appropriate for practice in Georgia preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and delivering high-quality patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-focused

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing care
Medication administration and documentation
Electronic health record (EHR) charting and accurate record keeping
Infection control practices and safety procedures
Time management, prioritization, and working well in a team environment
