Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in the Lebanon center
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Observe and monitor patient condition, reporting changes to the care team
Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate patient care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions
Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire (required)
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads welcome to apply for per diem roles
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of practical nursing principles and patient care techniques
Skill in medication administration and monitoring for side effects
Competence with documentation and charting best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Comfort working with interdisciplinary teams and following care plans
