Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care consistent with facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions and patient progress clearly and timely
• Monitor patient response to treatment and escalate changes in condition appropriately
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to infection control standards
• Participate in shift handoffs and ensure continuity of care across the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant allied health or clinical experience (as indicated in the posting)
• Active state license or certification as required for your allied specialty (Texas licensure expected for El Paso assignments)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; specialty certifications encouraged where applicable
• Current immunizations and health screening per facility policy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams
• Willingness to adapt to the facility’s policies and travel assignment requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certification or associate degree preferred depending on allied specialty

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Proficient documentation and electronic health record familiarity
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good clinical judgment and problem-solving under pressure
• Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
• Team collaboration and clear verbal/written communication
